"A step or two above other recent stays (looking at you Best Western Stagecoach Inn). Clean, modern and fresh. A breakfast worthy of the name and worth eating (still a ways away from a Scandic). It was an overnight ski stop and was convenient enough to get to Palisades with a handy Raley's down the road."

"Super clean, safe and convenient to Tahoe/Reno. Great bed linens. Staff were terrific. The walls are pretty thin though, so I could hear my neighbor's TV till 11pm and again at 6am. The bed was too soft for my back and the shower could be more updated and higher quality. Overall a decent deal en route to the mountains, if you get a discounted rate. "

"This was such a cute older little hotel with plenty of nature walk opportunities with a pretty creek running through the property. For the price it's good and I would visit again, my only complaint was the restaurant wasn't open at all and that was something we were looking forward to. I understand they are under some renovations and construction so I have high hopes for future visits. It's not a brand new hotel but it's definitely cute if you're into a more rustic vintage vibe which we loved. "

"Nice looking, good amenities, comfortable and spacious room, easy parking. We enjoyed the coffee bar and lounge area with complimentary beverages. Our only complaints are the swimming pool temperature and the hot tub being out of service which we were looking forward to using. The parking fee seemed hidden and unnecessary as there was plenty of parking seeming to just be a way to up charge the fees. "
